Hi I'm Nick Placencia and welcome to my website and portfolio!
Let's get you familiar with me. Due to graduate Spring of 2027 from Central Michigan University, with a BAA in Media Arts and a Minor in Multimedia Design. I am involved with Moore Hall Television or MHTV, the drone lightshow, my own independent productions, and regularly work with alumni on their projects. My skills are wide to give me an appreciation for each persons role within a production. This allows me to have the social and organizational skills needed to communicate the needs of different departments to each other. my productions are well planned and well fed since the goals of a production can not be accomplished without adequate planning, communication, and full stomachs.
even outside of working on film and tv productions you can find me immersed in ttrpgs, actual plays, video games, and working out what I'll be doing at the next Gen Con. I just can't help but get wrapped up in another story and finding inspiration for my next campaign or production.
My upcoming or to be released productions include:
Executive Producer | Dungeons and Dormrats: One Night at Motters
Producer | College of Arts and Media Experiential Opportunity event showcase
